Other blanks follow the same embroidery matrix with their own blank price. See the [pricing page](/pricing/). **What if my logo is more than 6,000 stitches?** Every embroidery price covers up to 6,000 stitches. Above that, each additional 1,000 stitches adds $2.00 per piece at 1-11 pieces, $1.50 at 12-23, $1.00 at 24-59, $0.60 at 60-79 and $0.50 at 80 or more, rounded up to the next 1,000. So a 12,000-stitch logo adds $6.00 per piece at 24 and $3.00 at 80 or more. We digitize first and tell you the exact count with the proof before you approve anything. **Is there a minimum order?** No hard minimum on embroidery. The lowest published tier is 12-23 pieces. Under 12 is quoted per job. **How long does it take?** 28 days from the day you approve the digital proof. Quotes usually go out the same business day. Rush is quoted per job. **Who is Quarter Zip Supply?** A brand of Battle Born Clothing, a custom apparel decorator at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV 89447. We ship nationwide. **What is included in the all-in price?** The blank garment plus left-chest embroidery up to 6,000 stitches. Digitizing ($18.99 once per design), freight, 2XL+ upcharges and extra locations are separate. **Which quarter zip should I pick?** Port Authority F218 for most company orders. Port & Company PC78Q when budget leads. Independent EXP20PQ and EXP15WPQ for golf and coaching. Carhartt CT105294 or CT106378 for construction offices and leadership gifts. Independent EXP15WPQ (performance), IND280MOCK and TriDri TD660 (mock necks). Each is priced at its own tier within the order, with one digitizing fee for the shared logo. **Why is Carhartt quoted per job?** Carhartt sets minimum advertised pricing. Battle Born Clothing is an authorized Carhartt decorator and respects it, so we quote Carhartt per job rather than publishing a number. **Can I supply my own quarter zips?** Yes. Embroidery is $6.00 per piece at 12-47 (down to $4.00 at 80+) plus $2.00 per item handling. Industry-standard spoilage is about 4%; we aim for zero but cannot replace garments we did not supply. **What artwork do you need?** Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is best. A 300 dpi PNG works. Tell us thread colors as Pantone or a reference. We digitize and send a proof before sewing. **How big is a left-chest logo?** Usually 3 to 4 inches wide and 1.5 to 2.5 inches tall, placed below the zipper tape. Most left-chest logos stay under the limit; we tell you the count when we digitize. **Can I add a sleeve or back logo?** Yes. Each extra location is quoted per design plus $18.99 digitizing for the second file. **Can you do a big full-color back design?** Yes, as a DTF transfer. The transfers are printed by DTF Tribe in Carson City, NV and pressed in our shop. Quoted per job by size. **Do you do names on each piece?** Yes, quoted per job. Send a list with name and size per line. **How do 2XL and larger sizes affect price?** Suppliers charge an upcharge of roughly $1 to $7 per piece by size and style. It is itemized on your quote. **Can you run an online store for our staff?** No. Battle Born Clothing does not run team or company web stores. Collect sizes, we embroider one batch and ship it. Reorders use the same file. **What happens if there is a mistake?** If it is our error (wrong thread color, wrong placement, misspelling we introduced), we redo it free. That is why we proof every order first. **Do you ship nationwide?** Yes, from Yerington, NV to anywhere in the US. Freight is billed at cost. Splitting to several addresses is fine. **Do you accept purchase orders and tax-exempt certificates?** Yes. Send the PO or certificate with your quote approval. **Can you match our brand color in thread?** We match to the closest Rapos thread shade and show it on the proof. Thread cannot hit every hex exactly, but it is close. **Do you also do hats, polos and hoodies?** Yes. Battle Born Clothing embroiders caps, polos, hoodies and jackets, makes laser-engraved leather patches and screen prints tees.
