The most common quarter zip order we see: a company buying one embroidered fleece per employee for the holidays or for a sales kickoff. Battle Born Clothing prices it from real blank cost and ships it in one box or drop-ships to offices.

## What these buyers order

Port Authority F218 fleece for most of the staff, often with a sweater fleece or Carhartt option for leadership. One left-chest logo, sometimes a small back-yoke wordmark. Sizes run from XS to 4XL, with women's cuts for 30 to 50 percent of the order.

## Example job: 144 quarter zips for a 140-person company

| Line | Math | Total |
|---|---|---|
| 144 F218 at 80+ tier | 144 × $25.57 | $3,682.08 |
| Digitizing, one design | one time | $18.99 |
| Total before shipping and 2XL+ upcharges | | $3,701.07 |

At 140 or 144 pieces the order is already at the 80+ rate, so add a few extras and keep them for new hires.

## Example job: 48 sales kickoff kits

48 F218 at $27.07 = $1,299.36 plus $18.99 digitizing = $1,318.35. Add a sleeve mark for the campaign year, quoted per design.
